I’ve got good news and bad news.
Good News….If you bought Crackdown for the Halo 3 Multiplayer Beta it’s going to begin at 5 a.m. PDT on May 16 and run for three weeks, until June 6.
Bad News…If you bought Crackdown for the Halo 3 Mutliplayer Beta, you are a complete and total gimpwad.
So many meatheads came into the store to purchase Crackdown just for 3 weeks of so called bliss. I had a convo with a “gamer” the other day.
Me: How can I help you?
Foolish Fool: Yeah my homie said if I get Crackdown I can play Halo 3
Me: Yes, if you have xbox live, you can play the demo for 3 weeks starting on the 16th
Foolish Fool: Fuck yeah, gimmie one!
Me: Well Crackdown is pretty decent as well…
Foolish Fool: On the real I only play Halo 2 and Gears of War so thats all I’m getting this game for.
I don’t get why are people so enthralled with this game? It’s an average console FPS. I can’t imagine how many copies of Crackdown will be traded in on June 7th.

They say June 7th, but ID release dates are never reliable and it’s usually best to wait a month so they can patch all the major bugs. v57!!
I really like Crackdown and I really don’t like your sandbox style games either. The Halo 3 beta was a BIG bonus when I purchased my copy because when it was ordered, I wasn’t sure if the beta even came in the Asian copy.
Russell doesn’t play sand box games… unless that was just some bad english lol.
sandbox games = GTA style of games.
