Over at David Willis‘ Shortpacked webcomic, he has an embedded video of Blacklab’s rendition of Lion’s original Transformers the Movie theme. What cracks me up about this remake is that I still prefer the assrock version of Lion’s theme song (I have bad taste, I know) not because it’s better but because it’s just familiar. Basically this version is a bit more modernized and all mention of Unicron has been replace with Megatron. Well, I like it and I’m going to give this video a few more plays to see if Blacklabs deserve my hard earn $0.89 for the “official” download. Who in the hell will I be kidding, I’ll download it. Transformers!!!
