Well it looks like some future Xbox games will require hard drive for certain games. I haven’t been able to find a list of what games will need the hard drive but I can’t see how this is a shock to some.  As the next generation games get bigger and cut scenes are seamlessly integrated with gameplay, making for better interactive experience, the games need more space for cut scenes and data access etc and the old fashion DVD9 is no big enough. At least that’s what Sony’s been saying this whole time.
