A nifty video showing the differences between the 222 MHz build vs the full processing power maxed out at 333 MHz. All the extra love to details will make recharging my PSP more often much more bearable. [Video: Overclocking God ofWar [...] I’ve accumulated over the years a collection of original systems and a bunch of games that I’m fairly proud of but every so often I see a bootleg console that so unofficial that I have to have it. I read this little article from Insert Credit and saw one of the coolest (and probably illegal) hybrid [...] Yes, its tool assisted but it looks awesome! I’m not a huge fan of tool assisted videos but hey sure do make for some interesting videos. I still can’t figure out the butt scoot thing that this guy did with Mario but it’s a neat trick. I need to give Mario 64 another chance and I have no excuse since it came preloaded on my Wii. Damn, I’m so behind the whole 3D Mario thing… Continue reading Speedrun: Super Mario 64 beat in 5 minutes with NO stars.
I don’t what it is about the Burnout series but I freaking love it! The last time I played a racing game that I was religiously into was the first Need for Speed on the original PlayStation. I tried to play the ultra realistic racers like Grand Turismo and Ridge Racer series but I just could get into them.  I still to this day haven’t picked up a current Need for Speed game.  I picked up Out Run 2 and Initial D but for the most part, I just don’t play racers andthe ones I do like, I refuse to play full price for them. I can through every single racing game I own, the majority of them are Burnout games because they are mindless fast pace awesomeness! I might have to break my streak and actually pay full price for Burnout Paradise, of course only after I base my play with the DEMO tomorrow. And to be completely fair, I’m actually going to download both demos off of the PS Network and Xbox Live respectively and pick which port will be the better game.  God I hope this demo will be a long one. Demo trailer after the jump. Most everybody on the internet loves Yahtzee’s Zero Punctuation and I’m no different. You call him many things but a casual gamer you cannot. This dude is hardcore and watching him review one of the most mainstream and probably one of the most casual games is quite funny. Actually, I found the animation this time around to be the most hilarious aspect of this week’s video.  Any who, it’s good to aspire towards greatness and aim high because I’ll never be half as witty as Yahtzee and I know it, but it doesn’t stop me from trying. Check out his video below or take the jump over to the Escapist.Â
I’m way backwards on Harry Potter craze. Fantasy and magic has never been a topic of interest for me so I never got into the HP hype. For example: I finally finished reading the first book a few months ago and that’s about it. Never got pass the first book and I don’t really have the drive to read the rest. Needless to say Harry Potter just doesn’t do it for me in the geek department. Continue reading Harry Potter HD DVD Set: Unboxing |
