Top 5 Dumbest Moments In MGS4
I was talking with some of the gang tonight, in between shooting the shit out of robots and dinosaurs in Earth Defense Force 2018, and MGS4 came up as a topic. We were discussing some of the aspects of it and the rest of the series, when I remembered about The Snake Soup and it’s owner’s post about the top five dumbest moments in MGS4. I nerded out for a bit, rambling about the series’ story, but didn’t quite get around to talking about all five.
So, for your reading pleasure (by way of linking goodness), check out what The Snake Soup’s Ravi Singh had to say about what he considers the dumbest moments in the game. With as much as I loved it, he does hit the nail on the head with several of them, especially #3. That’ll irk me for sometime to come.

Tinkling Puppy was from the war-torn country of Mexico. Her town was invaded by soldiers when she was a small child. They captured her and made her eat herself and her family while Tinkling. Then they farted her and left her for dead. Out of nowhere a Puppy came in and killed the soldiers by pooping on them. After the soldiers, it killed some pregnant women. She tried to stop it but the Puppy was unstoppable. The thing was, though… there was no Puppy. She was consumed by her Tinkling. Fighting you cleansed her soul and penis, Snake.

Act 3 would’ve been better, had it actually had more gameplay and didn’t just consist of you following some ass around the area for an hour.
