Things have been busy and all that blah, blah, and blah but this doesn’t stop us from having one of the best weekends in a long ass time. Saturday was a very special day for me. Not only did I score a sweet Neo-Geo game from El Gordito but I was able to bear whiteness to a rarity that I have never before seen with my very own eyes: my grandparents and mom playing a game together! Oh and co-op Left 4 Dead.

 If you are like me, you probably SOL when it comes to hard drive space. My 20 GB drive has been streamlined down to just enough space so I can cram Gears 2 onto the drive and that’s about it. No more demos, no more videos and probably no more Xbox live arcade games.  My problem is that the solution is only $150 away, but I don’t want to spend that much on a 120 GB hard drive. So being the cheap ass gamer, I’m going to have to do the truffle shuffle for hard drive space and really choose which games I want to play without the jet drive spinning ruining my gaming experience. I really want to Elite 360 but I just can’t justify the cost for a color swap and larger hard drive. So being cheap, this info will truly be helpful.

Yeah, I’ve been real busy as of late. I was getting over an ear infection and adjusting to some forced restructuring at my day job, which has definitely cut into my blogging time so sorry for being “too busy†for Pineconeattack. After getting the heads up from Ancient Flounder about the killer deal on the SoulCalibur IV joysticks at Fry’s, I rushed down after worked and pick up one for myself. After playing around with this joystick for a couple of days, I’m actually quite impressed with its build quality. Hori is general know for their solid peripherals and for the most part the Hori Fighting Stick EX2 delivers. (Update: My stick committed suicide after less than a year worth of play.)
