King of Kong 2 & Neo-Geo: Serious Monkey Business

You know what makes me feel even older? How about a G4 spoof on two things I loved as a kid. Yeah, I’m talking about Donkey Kong and Terminator, baby.

So skimming through driph.com, another local gamers’ blog, who happens to be linked on the links page, I found this funny video that was posted about 3 months ago. Damn I hate posting “old” news but hey, it’s brand new to me so I’m going to just ninja theft his embedded code and post it right here. So in a long round about way, I want to introduce everyone to the new local gaming site written by Chris Ainsworth a gaming designer and a fellow Neo-Geo fan.

Check out his freakin’ sweet mini cab restoration on his site. These cabs are cute as hell and the last time I saw one was at Disneyland back in ‘05, but Chris’ has a huge one up on that cab.  His comes installed with beer holders.  I don’t know about you guys but I would install this thing in front of my commode and blast terrorist and aliens in Metal slug 3, all the while knocking a few back and blasting a few myself, if it catch my fecal scented drift. So without further adieu, check out a video that I missed out on and posting many weeks too late. Yeah, I take this hobby seriously….

After thought: If you have no idea what this video is all about, then what the fuck is wrong with you and you need to do your gaming self a huge favor and rent, but you really should buy, “King of Kong: Fist Full of Quarters.”
