Pineconeattack, or PCA is a semi-collaborative effort of sheer idiocy, perpetrated on teh interbutts for our own sick amusement, with articles about gaming, pop culture/fad and anything we find funny.
Seriously, escape while you can.

Here’s another interesting pinball flick that I think everyone should keep on the lookout as most people are up for a good come back story. I don’t really have a lot to say about this so I’ll send you over to a place that encapsulates my opinion and curiosity about this flick and the term [...]
Have you ever lost yourself in a click-fest and the next thing you know, an hour past you by and you stumbled onto an interesting site. Well, on one such event I stumbled onto some really interesting photos of some of the original arcades in America. What saddens me is that the vast [...]

After what happened the last time I went to a pinball tournament, one would think I wouldn’t bother going to another. That is, unless I needed an ample amount of rage material and felt like uppercutting everyone, Mortal Kombat style. But, this past Sunday (2/15/09), a local by the name of Gilbert was running an eight-game tourney down at the Pinball Hall of Fame. Since it’s a local deal, I couldn’t pass it up. And I was also signed up by my roommate Aaron, since he frequents that area on Wednesdays for comics. Thankfully, this time around, it was devoid of any conflict and ended up being a fun and rather exhausting day.

I’ve been very lukewarm towards Stern’s more recent tables and with the exception of Lord of the Rings, Batman & to a much lesser extent, Pirates of the Caribbean. Stern, the planet’s only manufacturer of pinball machines, has disappointed me with their latest table, CSI. My main complaint with Stern’s tables is that [...]
So you like pinball and have the urge to compete against hardcore pinheads? What are you crazy? Don’t you know that some pinheads dislike PineconeAttack?
Well if you want to rise above the perceived hate, then head over to the Pinball Hall of Fame and register for the February 15th Pinball tourney to [...]

I know we talk a lot about the Pinball Hall of Fame on this site but it can’t help; it’s the only viable arcade left in Las Vegas that’s NOT on the Strip or in a casino. In terms of relevancy, there always seem to be a steady stream of new machine to play mainly due to Game Repair Sean always picking up cool and interesting machine at auctions and Craigslist for projects.
Here are some new and old pinball machines that have been added in recent months that might pique your interests. It would be a shame for PineconeAttack to not bring light to one of the most fascinating gaming location in the Las Vegas Valley.

Man, oh, man… radio commercials can paint an image in your mind that is soo not the truth. I heard a radio spot for Tockey while I was listening to the Howard Stern Show. The commercial described this game as a table top hockey game and that you could buy one of [...]

Holy crap, what a weekend! I haven’t been this busy in quite a long time. Of course it doesn’t help that Christmas was on a Thursday and I took Friday off so my weekend felt long because it freakin’ was.

Things have been busy and all that blah, blah, and blah but this doesn’t stop us from having one of the best weekends in a long ass time. Saturday was a very special day for me. Not only did I score a sweet Neo-Geo game from El Gordito but I was able to bear whiteness to a rarity that I have never before seen with my very own eyes: my grandparents and mom playing a game together! Oh and co-op Left 4 Dead.
Okay let me set this up.
