Just realized that chat room in 1998 with the guy who called himself CyberpunkX
I was in this AOL chat room about sci-fi novels and this one dude kept correcting everyone's grammar, real annoying. Then he told me my taste in books was shallow and gave me a list of authors I'd never heard of. Anyone else run into a random stranger online who actually changed what you read?
