Websites loaded so slowly you could make a snack. Now they appear right away.

My buddy tried to download a SINGLE song lyric in 1998. He clicked, then went and made a whole sandwich. Came back and it was STILL just a blank white screen with that little loading bar. The pure AGONY of waiting for the text to line up was unreal. We've totally lost that weird patience.
