The guestbook that taught me the internet forgets nothing

I found my old Angelfire page from 1998 on the Wayback Machine last month. It had a guestbook with 47 entries, mostly friends saying hi and one random person from Norway asking about my Beanie Babies collection. The wild part was my own comment I'd left on my page, complaining about a bad shift at work, and I'd completely blocked that memory out. I learned that the internet holds onto things longer than I do, so I stopped posting anything I wouldn't want to read back in 25 years. Has anyone else dug up an old page and found something they'd forgotten writing?
