Tried to download a song off Napster in 1999, waited 45 minutes for 'Come on Eileen'

I remember sitting in my cousin's basement on his Compaq Presario in Akron, watching that progress bar crawl pixel by pixel. After 45 minutes it finally finished but the file was corrupted and just played static mixed with some guy coughing. That night taught me to only look for songs under 3 MB or risk losing a whole evening.

That "guy coughing" detail is KILLING me because it's so accurate to what Napster downloads actually sounded like half the time. I swear half the files on there were just pranks or bad rips from someone's CD player mic.

I got a 3-minute loop of someone snoring once instead of Metallica.
