The 2004 weather site that still predicts last week's storms

I was looking for old radar loops for a school project and landed on a weather site that stopped updating in 2004. The front page still shows a hurricane warning for Miami from August of that year, which is wild because I live in Ohio. I kept refreshing it for like 10 minutes before I realized the timestamp was literally 20 years old. The funniest part is the site has a 'live' ticker that scrolls the same 3 headlines on loop. How do these old sites stay up so long without anyone paying for the server? Has anyone else found a relic that's still confidently wrong about the weather?
