A year on my AI project and now a tight deadline has the team arguing

Half the team wants to push it out quick to get real world data, the other half says we need more time to fix known issues. I'm torn between both sides. How do you guys decide when to launch?

Remember when I launched my last project too early? It was a mess because we ignored critical bugs, and user backlash cost us months. But I've also delayed launches to fix minor stuff and lost out. You gotta balance it. Make a simple list of issues and tag them as blockers or nice-to-haves. If anything blocks basic use, hold off. Otherwise, get it out there and learn fast.
