AI transcription bot flubbed my client call in Charlotte, but it caught a detail I missed

Last Tuesday I let an AI meeting recorder handle a 45 minute call with a bakery client in Charlotte and it typed 'fondant' as 'found ant', yet it somehow flagged the exact moment they mentioned wanting a Sept 15 launch date which I'd completely zoned out on, has anyone else had transcription tools save them on a deadline while still mangling the obvious stuff?

That Sept 15 catch is wild though. My Otter transcription once turned "buttercream" into "butter dream" during a wedding cake consult, so I feel you on the weird stuff. But here's my question: did the bot also give you a timestamp on that launch date mention, or did you have to scroll back through the whole mess to find it? Because mine flags keywords but never tells me when they happen, and that's the part that actually saves me.
