My AI note taker finally stopped butchering my meeting names

I run a small design team in Austin, and for 3 months our AI meeting summaries kept calling our client "Mark" instead of "Marc" in every single call. I tried telling the tool to fix it, nothing worked. Then I just added "Marc (spelled M-A-R-C)" to the meeting description before each call, and it's been spot on for 2 weeks now. Has anyone else found weird little formatting hacks that totally bypass the AI's training gaps?

That trick with the description is genius, I saw a similar hack where people add weird phonetic spellings to the title of the meeting to get the AI to say things right. Definitely gonna try that for my coworker "Jin" who keeps getting called "Jane".
