My unexpected switch to AI for managing painting projects

I used to believe AI was only for big companies and not useful for hands on work. Most folks in my circle dismiss AI tools as too complex. Last month, I tried an AI scheduler that uses traffic and weather data for painting jobs. At first, I figured it would mess up our routine. But after using it, I saw it cut down on drive time and matched crews to tasks better. Now I understand why these innovations are gaining traction. Idk, maybe it's just me, but real world use turned my view around.

So which specific AI tool did you end up using for this? Also, what was the single biggest worry you had about the switch before you saw it working, like did you think the crews would hate it or the schedule would become a total mess?

Traffic and weather data for painting jobs? That's wild. Would never have guessed AI could even use that stuff. Makes our old method of just guessing the drive time look pretty dumb. Guess the tech is smarter than we give it credit for.
