Question about AI transcription accuracy after my phone call mixup

I run a small podiatry office in Cleveland and last month I switched to an AI note tool to save time. Two days ago it transcribed a patient saying 'bunion' as 'union' and scheduled a labor meeting consult instead of a foot exam. The before and after was wild: 40 minutes of typing per patient down to 5, but that error cost me an hour of cleanup. Has anyone else had AI tools mangle medical terms in a way that's almost funny but also terrifying?
