That time my AI translation tool butchered a client email in 30 seconds flat
Last Tuesday I was rushing to send a vendor quote in Spanish from my desk in Austin, so I let an AI translator handle it. The tool turned "we can offer a 5% discount on bulk orders" into something about "sliced bread discounts for group purchases." The vendor replied in Spanish asking if I was joking, and I had to spend 20 minutes fixing it with a real dictionary. Has anyone else gotten burned trusting AI for quick business language tasks, or do you always double check everything too?

Question whether this is actually a big deal. I mean, you caught it in 30 seconds, right? Sure it's annoying, but that's what a quick skim is for. Like, I've sent way worse emails fully sober and human, so honestly a funny typo from a robot is kind of a win.
