Vent: my AI calendar tool keeps scheduling meetings I never agreed to
Had a chat with my accountant in Cleveland last week and he told me he dumped his AI assistant because it booked two client calls during his kid's recital. I laughed, then checked my own setup and found 14 phantom appointments over 3 months. The tool synced with my email and made assumptions from random threads, no confirmation prompt. It's supposed to save time, but I spent an hour each week deleting junk. Are we really better off trusting these things with our schedules, or is the manual list still king?
