Warning: The before and after of my AI chatbot responses after 3 months without updates

I run a small business and use an AI chatbot to handle customer questions. Set it up back in October and it was working great. Fast forward to January and I started getting complaints from customers saying the bot was giving them wrong info about our pricing and hours. Didn't think much of it until a customer showed up at my shop at 6 PM saying the bot told them we were open until 8. We close at 5. Turns out the model I was using hadn't been updated since I first deployed it and the underlying AI had changed on the backend without me knowing. My responses were basically using outdated logic. Took me an afternoon to re-deploy with fresh settings and test every scenario. The difference was night and day. Anyone else had their chatbot go rogue on them after a few months without touching it?
