Chasing a flap rigging gremlin for 3 days on a 737
Turned out the rigging pins were fine, but a worn bushing in the torque tube linkage was throwing everything off by 1/8 inch. Took me until day three to even think about pulling the old bushing out, and 20 bucks in parts fixed it. Anyone else had a simple wear item cause a phantom rigging issue like that?
