Had a Cessna 172 come in with a rough idle that turned out to be a cracked primer line hidden behind the baffling.
Spent most of Tuesday chasing that gremlin, tracing fuel lines inch by inch until I finally spotted the tiny split. Has anyone found a better way to check those lines without pulling half the cowling apart first?

Remember a guy who swore his rough idle was mags, turned out to be a dead spider clogging a vent line.

Man, @sean502, that's the kind of weird fix you just can't make up. Poor guy was probably so sure about those mags.
