My Milwaukee rivet gun vs the $18 knockoff from the flea market
I picked up a cheap rivet gun last summer for a quick panel job on a Cessna in Nashville. First dozen rivets were fine, then the handle jammed so bad I had to take the whole thing apart on the ramp. Pulled out my old Milwaukee from the hangar and finished the same skin in 20 minutes without a single misfire. The knockoff ended up in the trash, but I kept the case for hardware. Anyone else waste money on bargain tools before learning the hard way?
