My torque wrench habit cost me 3 hours until I tried the old-school way

I was chasing a recurring brake caliper bolt loosening on a Cessna 172 and kept torquing to spec with my click-type wrench, but it still backed off after a week of flights. On a lark, I pulled out the shop's ancient beam-style torque wrench from 1985 and used it on the same bolts, and they held solid for over a month now. Am I the only one finding that the newer digital tools miss the feel you get from that old flexing beam?
