Switched from my old flashlight to a headlamp for night shifts, wish I did it 5 years ago

I used to hold a Mini Maglite in my teeth while chasing a broken solenoid in a 737 wheel well at 2 AM, then a guy from Phoenix showed me a rechargeable headlamp and now I can actually see both my hands, so why did nobody tell me to stop being stubborn about this?
