Hit 50 wireless sensors on a single job and the system didn't even blink
Honestly, I just finished a big install in a warehouse over in Springfield and we put in exactly 50 wireless sensors, mostly for doors and motion. I was sure we'd hit some lag or a dropout, but the panel handled it like it was nothing. Ngl, it made me rethink my old rule about running wire for anything over 30 points. Has anyone else pushed a wireless system that hard recently and had it work out?

We did 45 on a school retrofit last month and the signal strength stayed solid the whole time. Totally changed my mind about wireless limits too.

Yeah, 45 devices used to mean my home Wi-Fi would just give up and start crying. I had this image of signals just bumping into each other like a bad party. Guess the tech finally caught up to what we actually need (you know, like basic function). It's a relief when stuff just works like it's supposed to.
