Old timer told me to pre-drill the panel box. I didn't listen.
Last week in Tampa, I skipped drilling pilot holes on a new Vista panel. Stripped three screws in five minutes. Had to drill them out and start over. Anyone else learn that lesson the hard way?

Feel your pain, stripped screws are the worst way to start a job.

Hang on, you actually managed to strip the screw on your first try? That's brutal, I didn't think it was possible to mess up that quick. I've had days where everything goes wrong but that's a new level of bad luck right there.
