Spent most of Tuesday morning on a 12-zone panel install at a house off Barton St. here in Wichita, and the wireless keypad just would not pair with the main board no matter what I did. Turned out the DIP switch setting was different from what the manual showed, and I only caught it after calling tech support twice. Four hours for something that should've been 10 minutes. Any of you run into that same mismatch with the newer 900MHz units?
