Thought those new wireless glass break sensors were just marketing hype

Installed a set in a client's large office building in Phoenix six months ago, and they've had zero false alarms despite huge windows facing a busy street. The tech uses a specific audio pattern recognition that actually works, unlike the old vibration types. Has anyone else put these through a real test in a noisy commercial space?

Honestly, six months isn't that long for a real test. What about during a crazy thunderstorm or when a truck backfires right outside? I've seen tech like this fail when it gets a sound it wasn't exactly trained for. Tbh I'll believe it when it goes a few years in a spot like that without a single mistake.

Actually @palmer.ryan, the system's been tested with way more than just basic sounds. It handles storms and sudden noises fine in my experience.
