Found black mold behind my bathroom vanity
Pulled out the old vanity last weekend and found a whole colony back there. The previous owner must have had a leak for years. Anybody dealt with remediation in Albuquerque and got a company they trust?

My buddy found the same thing. Used BioClean out of Los Lunas, no issues since.
