Picked peel and stick tile over real tile for the laundry room and my knees thank me
Quoted $1,400 for real tile in there and went with the $180 peel and stick from Lowes on Eubank instead. Anyone else use it in a room with a washer, and did the corners lift after a few months?
$1,400 for a laundry room floor is wild. That's a room you walk into maybe four times a week to swap loads, not the Sistine Chapel. Peel and stick in a room with a washer is a little risky though, not because of the tile itself but because of leaks you might not catch right away. Water sits under there and the edges curl up before you even notice anything's wrong. Check under the washer every couple months and you'll probably be fine.
