Hot take: I still use a Palm Pilot for my grocery list and it does the job better than my phone
Found my old Palm m500 in a drawer in my parents' garage in Fresno last weekend and charged it up just to see if it worked. The battery held a charge for 4 days and the stylus still writes fine after 20 years of sitting there. I started using it for my shopping list because my phone keeps buzzing with notifications and I end up standing in the cereal aisle scrolling instead of picking out Cheerios. The Graffiti handwriting thing took me about an hour to relearn and now I can write faster on it than I can type on a touchscreen. Anyone know where to get a replacement stylus for these things, or am I stuck hunting on eBay?
