That landlord's ice maker meltdown taught me a $0 fix
Last month a tenant in Phoenix showed me a video of water pooling under her fridge, and it turned out the supply line was just kinked behind the kickplate, so I charged her nothing and told her to straighten it monthly, has anyone else found kinked lines behind built-in appliances are way more common than actual valve failures?

Wait, are you really telling your tenants to check the supply line every month? That feels like setting them up to fail, dont you think most people will just forget and youll end up back there for free again?
