That Tuesday last June when everything went right
Three calls in a row all had simple fixes like a loose wire on a Samsung dryer and a clogged drain on a Whirlpool dishwasher and I made $480 by 2 PM which never happens in this town.

Man, that kind of streak is pure luck and skill lining up at the same time. Most people just assume repair work is always hard and messy, but sometimes it's the simple stuff that pays. Good on you for catching it while the iron was hot.

Wait, so you're telling me the universe lines up its lucky dice and my rusty brain just happened to be there to catch 'em? I guess that makes me the cosmic repair guy who shows up right when the universe's check engine light comes on. Next time my sink starts dripping I'm gonna stare at it and whisper "skill and luck, baby, skill and luck" until it fixes itself. Reality check: that corroded bolt's still gonna win nine times out of ten, and I'll be the one crawling around with a bruised knuckle and a bad attitude. But hey, when the stars align and the penetrating oil actually works, I look like a genius for about thirty seconds.

Hang on, @holly_craig, but you gotta think about the angle of timing too. Sometimes luck is just being in the right place with the right tool on the right DAY. I've seen people spend hours fighting a corroded bolt when a 20 minute patience move with some penetrating oil would've done the trick. That streak you're talking about might be more about reading the situation than raw skill or blind luck. It's knowing when to muscle through and when to just step back and breathe.
