Thought my ice maker was cursed, turned out to be a $4 part
Spent 6 hours over 2 days chasing a Samsung ice maker that kept jamming, replaced the auger motor and control board before a buddy said check the door switch. It was a worn microswitch that only failed when the door closed halfway, cost $4 and took 10 min to swap. Anyone else ever go down a parts rabbit hole and miss the dumb simple fix first?
