Vent: A customer's fridge taught me to check the floor first
Last week in a kitchen in Dayton, I spent an hour checking the compressor and fan on a fridge that wouldn't cool... only to find a $2 bag of frozen peas wedged under the unit, blocking the vent. The homeowner had dropped it three months ago and forgot. I felt pretty silly for not just looking down first. How often do you all find the real problem is something simple like that?
