I finally fixed my stump grinder teeth after 4 false starts
Every time I thought I had the tooth pattern sorted on my Vermeer, the vibration would eat a bolt in under an hour. Spent a whole Saturday in my garage in Columbus trying different torque specs before I found the real issue was the wedge seat being packed with old grit. Cleaned it out with a wire brush and a $9 pick set, now it runs smooth on two big jobs. Anybody else deal with hidden debris messing up their grinder setup?
