Debate: Should the Roman concrete recipe be used for modern restoration?
I visited the Pantheon in Rome last month and noticed the original concrete is still holding up after 1,900 years. But modern restorations nearby are already cracking after 50 years. Are we losing something by not copying the ancient methods, or is that just nostalgia?

Maybe we should ask the Romans for their recipe, but my concrete skills are limited to fixing a garden wall that fell over last spring.

Try a pre-mix bag, @oliver242, worked for my fence post.
