Hot take: I wasted a whole Saturday at the Culpeper DMV because I never checked one thing on my paperwork
I went to the Culpeper DMV last Saturday with my title, my bill of sale, and my insurance card thinking I was set. The clerk looked at my paperwork for two seconds and said the seller's signature was in the wrong box, so I had to drive back to Manassas and start over. Does anyone know if the Arlington DMV on Wilson Blvd is any easier to deal with for a title transfer, or do I just need to triple check everything before I walk in?
