I work near Clarendon and I kept hitting every spot on Wilson Blvd right at 12:15, which is apparently when every office in a three block radius empties out at once. Last Tuesday I got so fed up waiting 20 minutes at a sandwich place that I walked two blocks further to a tiny spot on N Highland and got my food in four minutes. Turns out the move is either going at 11:30 or waiting until 1, and I felt like an idiot for not noticing sooner. Same food, half the wait, no stress. What are your go to lunch spots around Ballston or Clarendon that don't get slammed at noon?
