Warning: the library parking hack in Ballston saved me $18 on a Saturday
The garage by the mall wanted $22 for 3 hours, but the lot behind the Ballston library is free on weekends if you grab a spot before 10 am. Has anyone found a better free spot near Clarendon for a Saturday morning?
