Insurance adjuster app saved me $900 but I still hate it
My roof leaked after that big storm in March and I called my insurer, expecting a fight. Their adjuster app told me to take 12 photos and estimate the damage myself, which felt like a scam. I spent about an hour doing it and the payout came in three days, $900 more than my contractor quoted. Has anyone else used these apps and felt like they do the company's job for them, even when it works out?
