I live alone in Sacramento and was ordering takeout 5 nights a week, so I figured cooking big batches on Sunday would just be sad containers of the same food by Wednesday. My sister dared me to try it for 30 days, and by week 3 I was actually looking forward to the chili I froze on day one because I could not taste the difference after reheating it on the stove instead of the microwave. So for people who do this long term, do you cook two different meals each week or just make one big pot and accept eating the same thing 6 times?
