TIL the "best" pizza in Naples isn't the one everyone raves about
I went to Naples last month and tried that famous place Sorbillo everyone online says is the best. Waited 45 minutes in line and honestly... it was good but not mind blowing. The next day I stumbled into a tiny spot called Concettina ai Tre Santi in the Sanità neighborhood. No line at all, family run, and the crust had this perfect chewy char that Sorbillo's just didn't have. Has anyone else found a touristy spot is overrated but a random side street place ended up being way better?

Hidden gems almost always beat the hyped up stuff in any city.

Man, isn't that the truth though? I always feel like the spots nobody talks about are the ones that actually have the best vibe.
