Unpopular opinion: I used to think meal prepping on Sundays was a waste of time until I actually tried it

For years I swore it was just for influencers and people with zero social life, but after spending $80 on takeout in one week I figured I'd give it a shot. What tipped me off was when I saw my neighbor prepping her lunches in 45 minutes flat using a single sheet pan recipe from BudgetBytes. Now I'm curious, does anyone have a go-to recipe that works for breakfasts too?

$80 on takeout in a single week? That's insane, I barely spend that on groceries for two weeks. Forty five minutes for a week of lunches sounds made up, but I guess sheet pans do all the work for you. If you want breakfasts too, try overnight oats in mason jars, dump everything in and grab one on your way out the door.
