That 50th gutter cleaning finally convinced me to install screens

I bought my house in Decatur back in 2010 and have cleaned the gutters myself every spring and fall without fail. Hit 50 total cleanings last month and realized I've spent roughly 100 hours on a ladder doing something that could be automated. Has anyone here had good luck with a particular brand of gutter guards in the Atlanta area that can handle all these pine needles?

You said you've cleaned them 50 times since 2010, but that's only about 14 years of spring and fall cleanings. That works out to about 3.5 times a year, not 2. So unless you're doing extra cleanings in the summer too, the math is a little off. For pine needles in Decatur, I'd skip the mesh guards and go with a solid cover with slits, like LeafFilter or even the cheap plastic ones from Home Depot. They handle needles way better than mesh because the needles don't poke through and clog the holes. Have you looked at any specific brands yet, or are you still weighing your options?
