I finally found out why my boss kept a fake dented fender hanging in the back of our shop in Gary
Three years back he made every new guy try to fix it without filler first, and watching a kid spend 6 hours on a dent that could never come out taught him more than any lecture, so has anyone else here got a weird training trick like that?
