I stopped spraying clear in 3 wet coats after a painter in Daytona told me I was trapping solvent
He said he switched to two medium coats 10 minutes apart and his runs dropped to almost none, so I tried it on a fender respray and the finish came out flatter than my old way. Anyone else spray 2 coats instead of 3, or is it just a humid climate thing?
