Wasted $600 on a 'miracle' dent puller system that left 12 dimples in a customer's door
I bought into that glue puller kit after watching a guy on YouTube fix a hail dent in 10 minutes, and when I tried it on a 2019 Camry door at my shop in Bakersfield, the glue stuck to the paint and pulled up 12 little bumps instead of the one big one. I ended up eating the cost of a full panel repaint, about $600 out of my pocket, plus a very unhappy customer who told me he would have been better off leaving the dent alone. Has anyone found a glue pull system that actually works on factory paint, or am I better off sticking with my old hammer and dolly?
